All good. Great location & patio. Bathroom and bedrooms perfect shape. Great area to stay in - Great Pond is three houses away. Lots of wonderful walking and a long lovely beach.

We absolutely LOVE this location! Walking distance to small private beach, stores, movies, restaurants. The house is kid friendly and has a full basement that's finished with washer dryer(this is a rarity on the cape) It also has a nice open concept on main floor. Communication with the realtor was easy and effective. We highly recommend and hope to rent again next year and many years to come.

We had a great time staying at this home. For a smaller home it had great space with the high cathedral ceilings. Luxury of a quick walk down to the water at Great Pond was nice to have.

We rented the house for a week in August and loved it. It's been recently renovated and was very clean upon arrival. We loved the high ceilings and the finished basement. The backyard and swing were also great. Everything was labeled and there were instructions throughout the house for how to use the appliances, shower, etc. The location was perfect and close to shops and Falmouth Center.

The only inconvenience was having to bring along our own linens and towels. Also a dishwasher would have been useful.

We loved it and would definitely want to come back!
