This property has plenty of room for the extended family with a main house and guest cottage together sleeping up to 10 people. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and twin beds. There is central A/C on the main floor and 2 wall units in the walk out level. The guest house has an accessory kitchen/dining area and a bedroom with 1 queen bed on the first floor with a wall unit a/c. On the second floor, accessed by a steep staircase, is a "bunk" room with a portable A/C unit and 4 twin beds and a day bed/trundle. This room has a deck overlooking the yard and main house. Water views from many rooms. Bring your kayaks or paddleboards. Namequoit River is tidal and access will be marshy - best to use water shoes or the dock. Home is accessed by a partially paved narrow road. NO Pets Accepted.
