The primary feature on the ground floor is the living room with a large window overlooking the lawn and the ocean just beyond. Off the living room is a dining area then the kitchen. There is a master bedroom with king bed plus a den with tv and pullout couch for overnight guests. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, one of which is small, accessible only via one of the bedrooms. There is also a pullout couch in the den.
