There is a shared full bathroom with a tub / shower combo in the hallway just outside of these bedrooms. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms with a/c units in each window – a king bed and seating area in one room and two twins with a seating or play area in the fourth bedroom. There is a shared full bath in the hallway between these two bedrooms. Downstairs on the lower level is a bonus den area with a large screen TV for watching movies or playing games. An office area is on the other side of this room along with a bathroom and laundry room. This lower level has two doors to walk-out to the back of this home. The private back yard is a wonderful place to kick a ball around, play corn hole or sit by the fire pit under the stars after a day at the beach! On the side of this home is a nice deck with dining tables and easy access to the gas grill for your BBQ s.
