Back inside and down the hall from the kitchen, a full bath with shower and tub are convenient to the full-sized bunk beds in the first front room and the queen bedroom in the front corner. Across the hall is the primary queen bedroom with ensuite three-quarter bath. Each room is simply and tastefully decorated and carries the soft colored beach theme throughout. Downstairs is home to the finished walk-out basement activity room. Comfy, casual sofas and a TV will entertain those waiting for a turn at the ping pong table. Fresh water swimming is less than one-half Mile to Bucks Pond and 3.7 Miles to Long Pond. Saltwater swimming is 4.6 miles to Bank Street Beach and 3.5 Miles to Red River Beach. Pets are considered in this home for a fee of $350 (Non-refundable) and must be crate trained.
