My family and I have been renting in the Old Silver Beach Estates area for more than 20 years and my oldest son said it best when he said this was his favorite home we have ever rented! Very clean & spacious. Private backyard for a BBQ, easy bike ride or walk down to the private beach. Not far from the Shining Sea bikeway which we took advantage of many days during our weeklong stay. My 2 older sons enjoyed the private space in the fully finished basement to relax & watch TV after a fun filled day. 4 large spacious bedrooms & plenty of bathrooms plus laundry. Highly recommend!

Check-in instructions were easy. The house was very clean. The proximity to Old Silver Beach (the private end) is great!! A short 10 minute walk or drive down and drop off. This location is the real star. Close enough to walk back during the day then had back down to the beach or a nice evening walk to watch the sunset. The house itself is a spacious 4 bedroom (3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main level). It has a large finished basement, with a nice deck and back yard. This is my family’s second year in row renting and we have had two great vacations. The rental agency has been very helpful even mailing back a toy that was left behind. I strongly recommend this property, definitely worth the money, especially if you love the beach!
